Snack Time!

Well, I just got home from work and feel too lazy too start cooking up a dinner! The weather is warming up, slightly and I am travelling to the Bahamas tomorrow. I have a well stocked cupboard with a lot of chips and cookies so I think I'll put on a movie and pig-out! Does anyone have a recipe for peas and rice out there? - if you do please let me know so I can cook some up this weekend,
